The classic convention for titling an image is to identify the subject (name the person, place or thing) and add the date of creation: if it's a photograph use the date of exposure. If it's a painting use the date of completion. If it's a composite photograph default to the latter. If it's an image of an historic event
Open a photo. Tap the three-dot menu icon > Edit in > Markup. From here, you can change the color of the pen or highlighter and write or draw on the photo.
In Windows, right-click on a picture and choose properties. Click on the details tab. If you are lucky, you will find a lot of info: title, date taken, photographer, copyright holder, even the kind of camera and lens that took the picture.
Tap or click in to view a single photo, then select the information button (a small “i” icon) to view more details on the photo. You'll see things like the capture date, file name, camera model and location select “Add a description” to add more to it.
