With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Found the "filler" just in time, as I had mussed up the forms sent to me. From then on I just used the forms from the site Had never used it before. Needed government forms, and they were there by form number. Saved me from performing scanning and downloading, then uploading. Neat job.

I have tried a couple other products and they do not compare with the ease of the PDFfiller product. I am over 80 and faced with a great deal of medical paperwork regarding insurance, test results, doctors paperwork and hospital paperwork.
My handwriting is a bit shaky with age and at times people can not read what I have attempted to write. I used PDFfiller on a several pages of a doctor's information form and it was a breeze and people could read my answers. The doctors staff wanted to know how I did it and thanked me many times for doing it with PDFfiller.

The only problem I have is, if I highlight a word or group of words and I want to take it off, it is very difficult to undo. I spent 2.5 hours last night trying to do just so.

With recent changes, it has become difficult to navigate in the application. Also the app is slow and hence takes too much time for us to work on it. Its a great app, but due to some changes made (may be) the end user is not happy.

I hate having to type in a verification code when I leave for a bit. I know it is fro security reasons, but I would really appreciate it if you did not make it type the code.

Is there a way that 1 page can be flipped? sometimes there are documents that are written horizontally and there is no way to fill it in unless the sheet is rotated. If there is no way to do this then it should be. That is why one star is missing. otherwise great.
