I'm impressed with the product and signed up for a year, but it's one of those things that you really need when you need it and really don't look at much when you don't. I would think one copy per company would be about enough. One outstanding feature is that you have boxes for each field that you can type in, this makes life so much easie

It's great! Only problem I had was trying to erase a hi-lited area I accidentally added. The software wanted me to pay for an upgrade for the eraser which I think is ridiculous guys. Other than that, awesome.

Small business friendly
Filling out forms for business accounts and taxes looks very professional using this software.
I recommend trying this product out. PDF forms are easily filled out for a clean, professional appearance.
Just like using any new software, learning how it operates can be frustrating but with help and tutorials becomes easily used.

Easy to use and very convenient.
Easy to upload and fill out any document. Saves as PDF or prints. Even has some tax and medical documents that you can download right from the site. Very convenient.

I love the PDF Filler. The only thing I don't like is the fact that when editing the font changes from the original font on the form that I am trying to edit.

I had an issue with accessing a form shared by a colleague. I wrote to the PDFfiller support team and received their response very swiftly. Very useful! What I most liked is the signature with verified by PDFfiller. There are couple of times I cannot edit properly but this should be how the pdf file was created. For example, to change page number, I wasn't able to do this properly so end up sending my forms as they were.

How do you virtually sign a PDF document?
Open the PDF document or form that you want to sign.
Click the Sign icon in the toolbar.
The Fill & Sign tool is displayed.
The form fields are detected automatically.
Click the Sign icon in the toolbar, and then choose whether you want to add your signature or just initials.
Can you password protect a signed PDF?
Open the PDF and choose Tools > Protection > Encrypt > Encrypt with Password 6. If you receive a prompt, click Yes to change the security. Select Require A Password To Open The Document, then type the password in the corresponding field.
