I like the professional government templates available but the layout of the actual site is a little tricky to understand how everything works on it.

How do you break a lock easily?
One of the easiest ways to break a padlock is with a hammer. Start by inserting 2 fingers into the padlock's shackle loop and pull up on the shackle to create tension. Then, tap the side of the lock that contains the fixed end of the shackle with a hammer using quick, short strikes.
How do you break a padlock without a bolt cutter?
The easiest way is to hammer a wedge between the top of the hasp and the body of the lock. If it is a normal cheap and cheerful luggage lock then you could probably force it open with a tent peg as they aren't very robust.
