I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. This program was a lifesaver while trying to apply for jobs and fill out rental applications out of state. I'm sure there are free ones out there but this was so easy to use and had every feature I needed. It has truly been invaluable. I had one document that wouldn't open and with one click I had it sent off to tech support who replied within 2 minutes and I was filling it out in under 10 minutes. Very happy and would recommend to anyone!

As a new small business operator, this software has helped me with so many tasks without having to leave work. The only draw back is that many times, recipients can't open sent pdf files and another route has to be taken.

PDFfiller has made my drafting so much easier, since I can now easily convert a PDF to a document I can edit rather than having to recreate it from scratch.

Nothing except that when I print a doc, the Print button is at the bottom of window and I can't move it up so I have to click the very tip of the box that says print. - This could be my computer problem too but is weird and that just started about 6 months ago.

What do you like best?
PDF Filler was a Game changer for me! All my files are saved as a PDF now, I can sign documents and send back via fax or email to customers. Its also very handy with my touch screen laptop. I use a stylist pen and clients can sign just 1 time and I can use it over the course of all their documents. Clients can come in and sign without dealing with paper and copying. All I need is 1 signature and that's it!!! My whole team loves it, and I have had other Agents ask me what I use, so I have referred several of my friends to PDF FILLER.
What do you dislike?
Wish they had more fonts and color texts. Also it would be great if we could capture a signature and send it in to use. Perhaps a bigger data base for signatures as well, and more documents to be saved. Overall this program is very useful in my line of business. I use it multiple times a day, even on the weekends when necessary.

So much less paperwork! Saves time, money, paper and ink. 90% of my documents are saved on my computer. So no more bulky filing cabinets and paper records. Less $ on ink, and paper which is very expensive. Its actually safer to save to a hard drive anyway. Very pleased with everything PDF Filler has to offer my business.

Great and easy way to make sure your PDFs are signed, sealed, and delivered as quick as possible.
As a contract administrator for my company, this makes signing PDFs easy, and allows it to be done in a timely manner. Easy to navigate, allows you to download your finished, signed PDF for storage.
Takes a little bit of time to learn the advanced functions, and a variety of color coding features who make highlighting PDFs more efficient when needed/if multiple people are adding notes.

How do I find out my settlement date?
You can view the settlement date for a particular transaction in your account History page, or you can see your account's total available settled funds in your account Balances page.
What does settlement date mean?
Settlement date is a securities' industry term describing the date on which a trade (bonds, equities, foreign exchange, commodities, etc.) settles. That is, the actual day on which transfer of cash or assets is completed and is usually a few days after the trade was done.
What is difference between trade date and settlement date?
The first date is the trade date, which is simply the date that the order is executed in the market. The second is the settlement date, at which time the transfer of shares is made between the two parties. On trade date, an obligation arises for both of the parties involved in the order.
How long does it take for funds to settle?
The Securities and Exchange Commission has specific rules concerning how long it takes for the sale of stock to become official and the funds made available. The current rules call for a three-day settlement, which means it will take at least three days from the time you sell stock until the money is available.
Is cash available on settlement date?
As the term implies, a cash account requires that you pay for all purchases in full by the settlement date. For example, if you bought 1,000 shares of ABC stock on Monday for $10,000, you would need to have $10,000 in cash available in your account to pay for the trade on settlement date.
What is the settlement?
A settlement is a colony or any small community of people. If a bunch of people build houses on the moon together, they'll have the first lunar settlement. A settlement is also the resolution of something such as a lawsuit. One kind of settlement is a place where people live. A settlement brings closure and resolution.
Do you get paid on settlement date?
After settlement, your lender will draw down on your loan. This means that they'll debit the amount they've paid at settlement from your loan account. It's usually paid on the settlement date. The title to the property won't be transferred to your name until you have paid this duty.
