Easy to use. Haven't found a form it couldn't handle. I had an issue recently where it would not allow me to save a copy of the completed form as a PDF on my computer. Weird. Otherwise 5 stars

This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. The program requires no OCR software which in my experience creates lots of problems for most "Form Filler" software I have tried to use in the past.

Still getting used the program but like it a lot!
I love it -- it helped me fill in some VA medical forms and made them look very professional, plus I could go back and edit as needed. It also allows me to save, print, and email. There are many other features too!
