Overall, it was good.
Saying it is free is misleading.
I understand marketing, but I spent A TON of time filing out a document only to find out the only way I could retrieve it was to pay for a subscription which I would then have cancel to make it "free".
The other issue was that when the document was converted it shuffled page 2 with page 3 and the only way I could correct it was to upgrade the subscription. I would not spend the additional money when I print it and scan it back in the correct order. Again I'm sure it was an additional money making opportunity for you, but not worth the cost for me.

No Scanning! I'm just PDF Filling
It makes capturing my customer's signature hassle-free as my business is online. No do-overs! Thank you! Because I make it mandatory for them to sign after placing an order. If they decide to change the order, within the specified time, they can sign to that too.
What I like least about this software is that when actually filling in the blanks, the words do not align with the original text. This is an area that needs improvement.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. It’s very user friendly and I can fine forms easily

I don’t dislike any thing , makes printing my insurance certificates a breeze

I'm happy with the use of the forms, however it showed a monthy price, so I was suprised when I was charged for the entire year up front. I only needed the product for a couple tax documents.

It's fine. Not as good as adobe but it is cheaper.
