I found myself trying to rate it 4 stars, but it's honest about what it is- a robust, web-based pdf editing tool that doesn't try to be more than it is, and does what it is supposed to do very well.

I had trouble logging in to my account
I had trouble logging in to my account. It was a small issue but I sent a text message and got a reply soon after. The Customer Service at pdffiller is very responsive. I have been a customer (for creating insurance forms for my medical practice) for three years and it is an excellent service. It is user-friendly and intuitive and simple to use. I highly recommend pdffiller.

I apparently came to your website…
I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. Thank you for your customer service policies. If ever, I need a service like this, it will be yours.

Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.

Is a permit a state identification card?
A driver's license was considered a state ID. A drivers permit in most states does not have a photo so no it's not a valid state ID. However, we are in a transitional period. The Federal Government has mandated something called a real ID.
Can you drive with an identification card?
No. In the US (and most other countries with a functioning government), you are required to have an actual driver's license, not just an ID card. The ID card will be handy, however, in verifying your information for the citations and/or arrest report if you are driving without a valid license.
Can you drive with a California identification card?
To drive legally in California on all public roads and highways, you need to have a valid license to drive. California state ID cards look kind of like a driver license, but they are not valid for driving. They say identification card at the top (could be Senior Identification Card or other variant).
Can you drive without your license on you?
Failing to produce your license upon request while on the road is illegal in all states and, yes, you could be fined on the spot in some states. But if you're driving without carrying your restricted driver's license, then you're facing a fine of almost $200.
Can you get same day ID?
There is no available way to get a same day passport, but you can choose to get same day service on a regular passport book with US Passport Now. If you decide on just the card, we guarantee that you will receive it in 2-3 weeks, or your money back. Being able to use a passport card comes with a couple limitations.
What is considered a state issued ID?
Valid forms of ID include: State driver's license (including state-issued temporary or provisional licenses with photos) State-issued identification card. Military-issued identification card. Valid U.S. or foreign-issued passport (showing country of origin) Certificate of U.S. Naturalization.

Is a student ID a government issued ID?
A Driver's License or a State ID, or a Passport, depending on what you define as, Government. If it's issued by a Government agency, it's a government issued I.D. some take Student I.D. cards, but usually a current Driver's license or Passport with Photo suffices as valid Government issued I.D. for most people.
