Also you need to add the ability to erase to the lowest membership level. You can do a couple of things such as restrict the number of new forms per month, offer a 1-5 form only fee, or only a 1 month membership fee. In the past 3 years I've used this service only twice now as I am not a business.

It's hard when you start using it as there isn't a Pugh information on how to use it , so takes along time to do anything but you get the hang of it after a while, needs to be easier to navigate aroud

Great Customer Service
I accidentally activated 2 accounts & requested a full or partial refund but wasn't expecting it as this was my fault. PDF filler responded to me immediately & refunded the second account in full.Great customer service! Thank you

Was OK after had a chat. I plan on keeping PDF filler after the trial period ends for 1 year so I can do my 2024 taxes done before the renewal date. If you have or willing to have a 3 month subscription from February to April I would be interested.

Excellent support and customer service I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in ****** and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund.I appreciate the excellent customer service and proper support, polite and professional behavior of the staff.

The features are unmatched and the customer service has been outstanding! Anytime I have requested online support, I have received immediate and very detailed attention to help guide me through any feature, tutorial, description even with the ability to share templates or files and have customer support advise on any possible questions. How do I get an open ID?
