I needed to find a template that I could use for Certified Payrolls for a small job we are working on. PDFfiller has helped me meet my deadlines. It also continues to help me as we work on this project by duplicating my existing Certified Payroll Form and updating it week by week so I do not have to retype information again. It lets me cut, copy, and paste just like I was working on a Word document; this feature saves me a lot of time.

I have only just started using PDFiller.com and I am very happy with the product. My only compliant is that I was forced to subscribe to it without the option of a free trail etc When I did a search on the web for a free PDF Editor, PDFiller.com was one of the websites that popped up, I edited my document (which was a theory paper that I had already spent hours on !!) and when it went to saving it I could not without paying for service... so not a free PDF editor!!! And you can not subscribe month to month, you had to pay for a full year. I know that is business but very deceiving!

What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to edit the content of a PDF. I've recently had to adjust a few documents which were not previously editable for me, and this has made it simple to keep things updated.

I would like to be able to choose the file destination when selecting Save As, rather than it defaulting to my Downloads folder.

We've recently implemented new contracts for our accounts, and using PDFfiller has made creating them so easy. It's saved me a significant amount of time.

I've just started the trial service but…
I've just started the trial service but so far I'm finding the software very user friendly. I've uploaded an application used by our non-profit and marked all the fields needing completion. It was very easy to do. Testing has gone well. Looking forward to using this for our membership drive.

Well laid out, easy to use fillable pdf program
Just downloaded this program and am impressed already. It's well laid out, easy to use, and overall a great experience. It's nice to be able to turn non-fillable pdf's into fillable ones.

Can't Wait to Convert
So far I am just playing around with things to figure out how everything works. I've used pdfFiller as a signer before but never in any other capacity. I'm looking forward to being able to covert PDF's to Word documents.

Can you reopen a settled case?
Generally speaking, you cannot reopen a personal injury case that has been settled. Most insurance companies will not go forward with sending the settlement payment until they have received this signed release.
Can I sue again after settlement?
Can I Still Sue After A Settlement? If this is the case, you are unfortunately in a bad position, because almost no one will settle in court without a written and signed agreement stating that you will no longer pursue legal recourse. In short, it is nearly impossible to continue a lawsuit after you have settled.
Can you still sue after a settlement?
You can obtain money through a judgment in a civil lawsuit, but many cases settle outside of court. You cannot sue after accepting an insurance settlement. The agreed-upon sum will be the total amount you receive, even if you realize later that your damages were more than the settlement amount.

Yes you can sue him for both. Many courts require that separate causes of action stemming from one incident or transaction be consolidated in one action.
Can you sue someone twice in small claims court?
You can not sue someone in small claims court twice for injuries and damages arising out of the same accident. You need to bring both your property damage claim and injury claim in the same action.
