I love using PDFfiller. I believe it is a wonderful program. I use it so often that I started scanning in personal files and paperwork at home to keep me organized. I can fill out anything within just a few moments and it looks like I've spent hours on my documents. The only negative with this program is the process moves a little. Sometimes when I'm rushing to complete documents I doesn't seem to matter what network or computer I use, I still feel like from the time to load a document to the time of completion and sending out there the other parties, its taken me a little too long for my personal opinion but I still use the program religiously to complete just about every document from legal forms that I create to filling out paperwork at the doctor's office for my children. Adobe should take notes from PDFFILLER I like that it's web based which allows me to use it on any computer without having special software installed. Nothing too bad but sometimes the converter feature would hang when I was converting large documents.

Pleasant PDFiller! I use PDFfiller almost daily. I work in Accounts Receivable and customers frequently like to have additional information added to their invoice. This is something our accounting program cannot do. Very user friendly. Very appealing to look at. I don't have any cons. I haven't found anything that I don't like about it.

Generally, a real estate deed is recorded in the county where the property is located. In most counties, the recorder, clerk, or register of deeds is responsible for maintaining land records. To be recorded, the document must meet both statutory and local requirements.
Commonly, county clerk or recorders offer copies of recorded documents for purchase. However, each office has its own practices. Contact your recorder's office to see if it offers the service. Typically, the recorder is located in the county courthouse or other government building.
Finding Out Whether Your Deed Was Recorded You can also contact the county clerk's office yourself and ask how to view land records in your county. Many counties now provide access to real property records online and free of charge.
The recording fee for a deed might be $12 in one county and then $15 in another. Some agencies charge by the size of the document. For instance, a land record instrument might have a $60 fee for the first page, then $5 per page after that.
A deed is a legal document signed by a property owner that transfers rights to the property to a new owner. And with a deed, Billy doesn't even have to yell to declare his ownership. Throughout the US, local county recording offices file deeds in an official public record.
Title deeds do not have to be recorded. Recording is filing them in the county recorder's office and if recorded, the title deed acts as defect notice to all third parties as to ownership in the property.
When done properly, a deed is recorded anywhere from two weeks to three months after closing. However, there are many instances where deeds are not properly recorded. Title agents commit errors, lose deeds, and even go out of business. Even county offices sometimes fail to record deeds that were properly submitted.
Start with the tax assessor. All the information that most people will need or want to know about a deed will be on record with the county tax assessor, such as the current owner, sale dates, price history, and current valuation. Find the records section. Examine the record.
