I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. I've been using pdfFiller to fill out documents for a while and I have to say that I'm very impressed with its ease of use! It's incredibly straightforward and makes it so easy to fill in the blanks on forms. Plus, they have a wide selection of templates that make my job even easier!
The only downside to pdfFiller is that the free version has some limited features. If you need more robust features, you'll have to upgrade to the premium version.

Ryan helped me over the customer support, and helped me find the email I had used (it wasn't my main account), and helped me cancel the subscription for a full refund. What does it mean to have an open permit?
An open or expired permit is a permit which has been issued by a County or Municipal building department but has not been formally finalized in accordance with established guidelines, typically by means of a final inspection, within the time provided.
What's an open permit?
When an owner obtains a permit to perform work on their property, the permit issued for that work is “open.” Typically, the work is completed, an inspection is performed by the local building department, and the permit is then “closed” by the local government.
Can I buy a house with open permits?
It is not unusual for sophisticated purchasers and lenders to require that all open permits be closed as a condition to their acquisition or financing of property, and this practice is becoming more common. If open permits are discovered late in the closing process, the owner may not have enough time to address them.
How do I check if I have an open permit?
Go to Online services and then PIGS (property information verification). Enter the address, then click on Find, and all the permits issued (or holds on the property) will appear.
How do I get a permit for permitted work?
You will likely need to apply for a permit, then if the permitted work is extensive, hire an architect or other professional to draw plans for the existing work and proposals for any changes that will need to be made to bring it up to code. Then you will need to get the plan approved by the city.
Do Home Inspectors pull permits?
In short, the presence or absence of building permits doesn't have a big effect on the home inspection. If you're buying a home, and you find out that improvements were done without permits, discuss your concerns with your home inspector, real estate agent, and possibly even an attorney who specializes in real estate.
Do Title companies check for permits?
The title company should check all that and advise you of any open permits, building violations, animal violations before you close.
Do appraisers check for permits?
There are no requirements for the home inspector or appraiser to check on permits for improvements to the home, but this does not mean someone will not ask about them. You can run into major problems when someone discovers that renovations were done to the home without permits.
