The PDF is a common file format for business purposes, thanks to the accessibility. You can open them on whatever device you have, and they will be readable and writable the same way. You can open it on any computer or smartphone running any OS — it'll appear exactly the same.

The next key reason is data security: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so it's safe to share any sensitive data with them. In addition to password protection features, particular platforms offer opening history to track down people who read or completed the document before without your notice.

pdfFiller is an online editor that allows you to create, edit, sign, and share your PDF files directly from your web browser tab. Thanks to the integrations with the popular programs for businesses, you can upload an information from any system and continue where you left off. Once you’ve finished editing a document, send it to recipients to fill out, and you'll get a notification when it’s completed.

Use powerful editing features to type in text, annotate and highlight. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud storage. Add and edit visual content. Collaborate with users to complete the document and request an attachment if needed. Add fillable fields and send for signing. Change a page order.

Adobe should take notes from PDFFILLER I like that it's web based which allows me to use it on any computer without having special software installed. Nothing too bad but sometimes the converter feature would hang when I was converting large documents.
