An easy method of filling out and sending documents. Problem with sending document due to 'Bugs' in the system
It took three tries to send off a document and I still do not have a confirmation that it was send nor d I have a date in which the document would be received.
The concept is good as I can go to the website and complete a document and send it off. Still some bugs

I have used other PDF form fillers, but this is definitely nicer and easier to use. I am jumping through the VA hoops to try to get a pension for my brother. PDF filler just made it so much easier. I downloaded all of the forms that needed filled and had them all done in no time. I really like this app.

Great product...relatively easy to use
Great product...relatively easy to use, especially if one is familiar with this type of document editing app. I am please with how much of a time-saver it is. I couldn't give 5-stars because the cost of the "Full Version" is really too expensive for me, but other than that, it's a very handy tool.

A tool to get by, but far from perfect
If you can't find any other tools to fill in PDF, or if you don't want to research into other advanced tools, this is OK. It can get your work done, but you will sometimes be frustrated.
With this tool, I can fill in PDF which are not fillable by default. It saves me the trouble printing it out, filling it by hand and scanning it. It's easy to use and very straightforward.
It's costly, taking into account of what it can offer. Sometimes it's difficult to save the file, and I have to save as another file even if I write only a few words.

Excellent software, it is very easy to use. Ideal for Fax shipments from documents. I can have online documents to edit them later
Technical support is sometimes very slow. Some images lose a bit of quality. But in general lines this software is very complete

Excellent customer service. Keep it up.
Excellent, excellent customer service! I contacted the company because I was charged a subscription fee which I wasn't aware that I had not yet cancelled. The customer service representative called Anna, I believe, immediately informed me that the subscription would be cancelled and an email to that effect was sent to me. I was also informed that my money would be refunded shortly....and indeed, it was returned to my card in 48 hours. Although, I don't have need for their services at this time, I would definitely use them at a later date, should the need arise.

The form was free, really free and didn't require me to pay to download my document as other sites do. It was easy to use with instructions provided. I loved the check mark option.

guys the best way to stay in trouble is to avoid trouble in the first place and today's video is going to show you how to not get in trouble with the city or with potential rehab uh buyers that you sold a house to down the road when they say you didn't pull a permit and so a lot of you are jumping in the business and there's so much information coming at you from all different angles and one of the biggest things I see people do is they start rehabbing houses and they forget that there's a city and a city permitting process and then they go flip a house they do something uh they hired some uh contractor under the counter because they were cheaper they fix some plumbing and the plumbing uh breaks and that gets the homeowner sick and then they're a massive lawsuit so guys you need to pull permits on everything you do and here's kind of the step-by-step process to understand how to do this remember I'm not an attorney I'm not giving you advice besides every city is going to be a little bit different but this is kind of the typical process by which you should which you should go about going forward for most of you and most of your markets now first thing you need to do guys to start the process you need you need to get a scope of work you need to go through the property know everything you're going to do to the property uh but there will be some unknowns going forward you may have an un um unexpected slab leak or something pop up or you pull the um showers off you find terminates or mold or something like that but you should have a pretty good base idea of what you need to do and you should take that scope of work after contractors looked at the property with you take it down to the city and what you're going to do is you're going to show them this and then you're going to verify with them each and every permit that you need sometimes they make you draw a plot graph and show a kind of sketch of the house and where everything's located where the walls are at sometimes they're going to ask for certain other information every City's a little bit different guys but you need to go and get from them and I would make them give you in writing something that says okay based on the scope of work you provided here's what you need as far as permits go then you apply for the permits some cities guys the permits are free some they're very very low cost and some are quite expensive it just depends on which part of the country you're in and which city you're in but most of the time they're very very cheap for the permits what's expensive is paying for a licensed professional which is why people avoid the permit process they're avoiding the permit process not because the permits are expensive because they don't want to pay for a very expensive licensed uh professional but guys you need to do it right doing it wrong will bite you later I promise you now you apply for the permits and you pay for the permits if you have to and then what you do is you're going...
