Can I get duplicate driving license?
In case you have lost your original driving license or if it has been stolen or mutilated, you can get a duplicate driving license from the same RTO that issued your DL. You can apply for a duplicate DL either online or directly at the RTO (regional transport office) without any hassles.

Report a lost or stolen driver's license. Consider reporting it to the police as soon as it happens to prevent someone from using your identity.

Can you get a replacement CA driver's license online?
You're going to need to head to your local California DMV office. You can not apply for a new California driver's license online or over the phone. The documents for a new driver's license or identification card must be filled out at the office, in person.
