Good afternoon,
I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller..
It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter.
Can you help me with this log-in issue?

This is an awesome program. I've searched for a long time and haven't been satisfied with what was available on the internet. This is a program that does what it says it can do and does it very well... finally!

When you have no device to print out and thrn scan..you can use this software.
It is very good software since you can edit signs and print document without having device to print out.
I do not have any leat because it is good at all since it has excelent advantages to me.no disadvantage at all.

Most of my PDF work is minor editing and signing PDF forms and documents. PDFfiller does everything I need and the fact that I can upload documents directly to the site is fantastic!
The form creator isn't free, and you don't find this out until after you spend time creating your form. You have to subscribe in order to be able to download it. If you find it valuable, it's worth the price.

I must file my church's taxes for our employees every year. I found this site last year. I love it! I prints the information I need. I can make copies and send it. I could send directly to IRS but chose not to do that route!!

What is a master deed for condo?
master deed. A document used by condominium developers to record the project;its division into condominium ownership;and the grant of common areas to the condominium owners. What is the difference between master deed and bylaws?
A condominium is traditionally governed by a master deed and bylaws. The declaration will be recorded with the (recorder) of deeds in your town and county, while the bylaws, which govern the operation of the board, will typically stay within the building.
What does a master deed look like?
The master deed is one of the documents that transfer property to be owned by the condominium. It includes a description of the land and buildings, a description of what is the common area and what the individual owners own, a determination of percentage interest, a plot plan, and use restrictions.
Do condos have deeds?
Owners of condos receive a deed for their unit just like if they bought a house. They also own their unit in fee simple, which is the least restrictive form of real estate ownership recognized by law.
