i was upset with the fact i could not print/save the doc after editing it, but after shooting a rant to support, they responded within the hour and gave me a 30 day trial run. i really like the app, and you guys really should consider doing a 30 day trial right off the bat, first sign up. anyhow, service rocks, i will def toss some cash yalls way when my trial runs out :)

If you are using the Messenger iOS app, the small red circle in the top corner of the app is called the Badge App icon. It will signify if there is any new notifications or messages that you have not seen.
To see the ones that are unread click on gear icon at the top left and select Unread Threads. That's all you need to do. The messages will be filtered, and you will see the list of conversations you haven't read.
