Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)

Everything is okay so far.
Everything is okay so far, thank god for the merging feature. Only thing that bothered me is the zoom selection sometimes doesn't appear. Might give feedback if i encounter anything else

Just a few suggestions
I have used some other comparable products, but pdfFiller offers the online hosting that makes it super convenient for the user to fill out the form without having to download the form first. However, I have a couple of suggestions. I wish the pdfFiller could have the feature to automatically convert the raw entry data (e.g. phone number 1234567890) into the selected format (e.g. (123) 456-7890), instead of asking the user to enter it into the specific format. I also noticed the accident that some fields will be deleted accidentally when saving the edited version in LinkToFill. It happened several times to me when I was editing my file. Not sure if that's an internal bug or an accident from the internet interruption.

Kara in customer support was AMAZING!!! I couldn't get a form to do what I needed it to do so I sent it to her and she did it for me in no time! I needed it right away and she fixed my problem and saved my behind!!! I love this company!! Worth it's weight in GOLD!!!

easy to upload signature
I really like the option of uploading my signature and saving it, and using it over and over again from within the system (something that Docusign does not allow).

I have used PDFfiller and it is a great time saver. By making any form to a can be filled. form online.. Its great to find a form that I need , but its not fillable, this fixs that... Their customer service is great, helped me the fist call..

How do I organize pages in a PDF on my phone?
With the pages now where they need to be, save the PDF....Download a PDF editor mobile app. Expand the Tools window by tapping the blue Page icon in the top left corner of the screen. Select Organize Pages. Tap and hold the thumbnail of the page you want to move. Drag the page to its proper location.
Can you rearrange the pages in a PDF?
