If you want to scan by yourself then, follow the steps: Download Scanner Full Version App from Google Play Store/ App Store. Scan your CBSE Class 10 Mark sheet with the help of CamScanner App and export the file in PDF format. Store the PDF document carefully in your computer and use it when you need it.
It is mentioned that you have to upload a scanned copy of the passing certificate of 10th standard. But for CBSE, the mark sheet and certificate is same. You can apply for a duplicate copy of your mark sheet or passing certificate by going to the Maharashtra State Board's Mumbai office at Vashti, Navi Mumbai. If available, carry a xerox copy of the mark sheet or certificate. After you pay the charges, you will be given a receipt stating the details of your application.
