How to Use the Outline Text Record Feature on pdfFiller

First, log in to your pdfFiller account, and open the document you want to edit.

Click on the "Text" button from the toolbar on the left side of the screen.

Select the "Outline Text Record" tab at the top of the Text tab selection menu.

Click on the "Add Outline Text Record" button.

Click anywhere on the document to create the first point of the outline. A text box will open, where you can write your desired text.

Hit "Enter" to create a new outline point below the previous one.

Fill out the text box of the new outline point.

Repeat steps 6 and 7 until you’ve completed the outline.

Use the "Move" icon to drag the outline to the desired location in the document.

Adjust the size of the outline or the font type by selecting the "Bigger Font" or the "Smaller Font" icons.

To edit the text within an outline point, click on it and make any changes needed.

To delete an outline point, click on it and hit the "Delete" icon.

Save your edited document by clicking the "Done" button in the top right corner of the toolbar.

What do you like best?
We use PDFfiller primarily for tracking and completing registration forms for the advanced trainings we provide to mental health professionals across the country. Manually managing these forms was a nightmare as our business started to grow. Once we started using PDFfiller, it began incredibly easy and hassle free to monitor who was registered for which trainings and when. the integrated PayPal and Stripe systems make it super easy to allow customers to pay registration fees immediately and we are notified as soon as that happens. Also, PDFfiller offers a digital fax line. In today's day and age, we are completely wireless and adding a hardwired fax line would have been such a pain. For 10 bucks we are able to digitally send and receive faxes which is very helpful when dealing with physicians and other medical providers.
What do you dislike?
We have only had one real issue with PDFfiller. At some point a few months ago, we had some issues with the PayPal/Stripe payment integration. We were unable to send receipts to our customer which was rather frustrating for us and them because of the amount of money people spend to some to our trainings. I reached out to someone at PDFfiller and a manager responded the next business day and said they would get in touch with the team who handles that part to get it fixed. Though I did not hear back, within a week or so the problem was fixed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. It is well worth the price for what you are getting.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Sending and receiving faxes through this program is a lifesaver. I am able to access them anywhere at any time whether I am in the office or out of town. It's also a great organizational tool for tracking out "link to fill" forms.

Monthly expenses/costs can become a concern for small business budget. It will be greatly appreciated if these costs were waived for organizations providing resources to support consumers. Select the text you want to outline. ... Click the Format button. Click the advanced options button under Font. Select Outline. Select the line type, the color, and the width of the outline. You can remove the color of the text to emphasize the outline:
Keynote — You can make text appear as a stenciled outline. Select the text you want to appear outlined, or click where you want to type new text. Choose Format > Font > Outline.
How do you embed Fonts in Keynote for Mac? As far as I know, you can't. Font embedding isn't supported under OSX. If you do a bit of google searching you'll find workarounds, such as save your keynote presentation as a pd for turn your slides into images and use them.
On your Android phone or tablet, open a document in the Google Docs app. Tap Edit. Double-tap the place in your document you want to edit. Move the blue markers to select more text. Tap Format tap Text. In the menu, tap Style, Font, Size, Text color, or Highlight color to format your font.
