As a freelancer I use PDF Filler to complete W9 forms - it's great! PDF Filler is simple, easy to use, and creates professional documents that are easily accepted by employers and large corporations. The exporting workflow is a little confusing - at least for their IRS W9 Form. Instead of just pressing a button to save the file to my phone I had to email it to myself in order to obtain it. This may have just been my ignorance, however. All in all, PDF Filler is a great help!

I used this service once and had to… I used this service once and had to sign up for a subscription. I didn't need it more than once, but I signed up anyway. I decided to cancel the subscription before the free trial was up, but I didn't complete the process so my account was charged. I contacted the email address included in my Paypal receipt and the team was very responsive and they took care of the issue immediately. I think they should make it easier/more clear on how to cancel, or not require a subscription, however, it was useful and the customer service was efficient.

Unless the warranty explicitly states you must keep the original packaging, it is not typically required. Each Warranty should clearly state what is required to make a claim. Original (proof) of purchase is a minimum.
A PAC is a recurring automatic withdrawal that transfers a pre-specified amount of money from your bank account to an investment or savings account, such as an RRSP or TFSA.
Warranty Amount means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to the positive difference, if any, of the aggregate unpaid Repurchase Price of all Warranty Loan Assets less the Excess Availability.
There are many types of implied warranties including an implied warranty of merchantability, an implied warranty of fitness, an implied warranty of habitability (for a lease), and an implied warranty of marketability (for the sale of real property, also known as a marketable title).
A typical manufacturer's warranty lasts one year, though you may find ones for as short as 90 days or as long as 24 months. While warranties differ, they typically promise to repair, replace or refund the purchase price of a phone that is found to have mechanical, electrical or software defects.
Within the first 12 months from date of purchase, subject to the conditions above, PAC will repair or replace product at its sole discretion if it is found to be defective in material or workmanship. Product must be returned to an authorized PAC dealer with PROOF OF PURCHASE.
