The billing is bogus and felt dishonest, but customer service fixed my problems after an email. These save well as pdfs but not as docs. I think the service should be less expensive, given apps with similar functionality.

I can email important documents immediately upon request. I can edit and sign government documents that are lifesaving for important life necessities. I.e. rental arrears. Rent ledgers. W2 forms, etc.
The darn subscription is too expensive just to use for once a month, or only when necessary. They should have like, one time prepaid options instead of monthly or yearly.

Wow!! I can not express how much of a life saver your program has been to me. Not only is it absolutely FREE! without needing a subscription, credit card or life story but the interface is user friendly with great options and choices. I love that I am able to download into my own drive afterwards and upload to any folder I choose as well. This is the first one of its kind that I have found, the features completely beat Adobe with the upside of not having to pay for three separate subscriptions of $14.99 to get one project done and downloadable to my computer. Great program for file editing
The program is very user friendly and have all the great options for working with multiple files, conversion, merging, signatures, editing.

What do you like best?
I like the fact that PDF Filler is available on the fly whether you're on your phone, iPad, or desktop. It's easy to sign, fill out forms, edit, etc.
What do you dislike?
I dislike the load times when opening a pdf document. Also, I do not like the fact that I cannot automatically send a pdf to SignNow without having to logout and log back into PDFFiller.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use PDF filler for all my real estate transactions. Because I've pre-filled all my personal information, it's easy to just substitute the rest of the information on the forms. It makes life a breeze!
