It has allowed me to "type" forms that I would have otherwise needed to hand write or type on an old fashioned typewriter (which I still have). I didn't like the way the numeric columns lined up. I didn't see a way to insure that they were all right aligned.

What is the packing material used in most packed GC columns? The packing material most often used is diatomaceous earth particles having diameters ranging from 250 to 170 um or 170 to 149 um.

The main difference between packed column and capillary column is that, in a packed column, the stationary phase is packed into the cavity of the column whereas, in a capillary column, the stationary phase coats the inner surface of the cavity of the column.
