Excellent tools
Excellent tools. I tried it today on one form on free trial.
I won't carry on with the subscription because I find the prices really high and I rarely need this type of service.
Also, I don't like the deceiving ways of this business where they make you believe it's all free with no commitments until after you've spent the time to edit the document. When you try to download or print etc that's when you are stopped and asked to choose a subscription and give your bank details.

So much better than acrobat
This is really good tech and works much better than acrobat! I was shocked that people were leaving negative reviews - then found out they all complain that you have to sign up after editing your document - SO WHAT you cannot expect amazing tech for free. I don’t get why people complain. Tech is amazing customer service is second to none.

I would love to attend a webinar eventually, but time right now does not allow it. I have been extremely pleased with pdfFiller and recommend it to everyone I know who has to fill out a lot of forms.
Maybe slower than hand writing , but legible which is extremely important. My biggest issue is somehow I have two accounts with other documents saved and do not know how to merge them. That was my problem not realizing i had an account already. Thank yall so much!!!

Does a new owner have to honor a lease?
Although landlord-tenant laws vary across the U.S., in all states a lease survives a sale unless otherwise stated in the lease itself. Tenants' rights do not change in any way with the sale of the property they rent. A new landlord must honor a lease as if he signed it himself.
Can new management change lease agreement?
We do not provide new leases as state law is very clear that the management company or owner listed on the lease can be changed by proper notice and does not change or modify the terms and conditions of the lease.
Can I break my lease if management changes?
Management entails making sure the property is kept up and the tenants pay their rent on time. When a property owner changes management companies, it does not allow a tenant to break his lease, except in special cases.

Can freeholder change my lease?
It can be concluded that it is very difficult to change terms in a lease unless 100% of the parties (which will include the freeholder) are in full agreement with any variation being proposed. Even if a significant majority are in favor there are several hurdles that may prevent a variation being achieved at an FIT.
Can a landlord change a month-to-month lease?
Landlords cannot change terms after tenants sign a lease. Terms can only be changed before each new lease is presented to renters. When a fixed-term lease ends, and if the renter stays, but no new lease is signed, the fixed-term lease becomes a month-to-month arrangement.
Can lease property be sold?
Yes, a landlord can certainly sell his property, even with you living there under a lease. The good news is that the lease doesn't go away. The new owner has to buy the place with you in it. The buyer simply steps into the shoes of your current landlord.
Does a lease transfer on sale of property?
Fixed-term leases do not expire when a property is sold. The lease will transfer from the previous owner to you. Some leases have a clause that gives the landlord the right to terminate the lease in case of sale, typically with 30 days' notice.
