What do you like best?
I like that the website is very easy to use and allows many different functions, including digital signatures and saving directly into your computer. I also like the options to save a template to use, which saves me a lot of time as I am always using the same forms.
What do you dislike?
I dislike that I always have to log in again every time I use the website.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Digital signatures. Being able to edit PDF with a Mac since most PDF programs are only compatible with windows.

It works and I'll keep using it! It's been a good experience. I have used it several times and it gets the job done. I get PDFs sent to me from time to time and it can't get much simpler than using the PDFfiller. It works great. Nothing that I am unhappy with. It works every time and I have come to depend on it. Allows me to be professional and quick.

What do you like best? pdfFiller is an excellent product at a great price. The 5-user shareable version is only $15 a month. That is the total for all 5-=users. They also have exceptional support, though you rarely need it. It also gets new features often, such as an inexpensive library of 80,000+ legal and tax forms. Great Customer Service I was checking out pdfFiller to help with a project I was working on. I must have started a free trial and forgot to cancel. I received a charge for an annual subscription via paypal. Customer service was quick to give me a refund for the mistake. The agent was amazing. Helped me right away, issued a refund. Wow! Actually, I just came across this with a standard google search. I was using Adobe Illustrator and it was overkill and took ages to load every time I just wanted to update a PDF file. This has been awesome and so easy and quick to use! The 'Signature' option was a bonus as well!

Very pleased with the customer care I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly.
