I have been having trouble finding forms, and then getting the fill-in fields to work. While I like the end product I'm frustrated that it is not more user friendly.

Its a good overall program although I had issues uploading my pdf assignment for school, and when I submitted it online, the pdf was completely blank. Not sure why this program did that.

PDFFiller saved my books! PDFFiller saved my books! As a young author, I had no idea what I was doing and deleted my original documents once the books were published. I only kept the print-ready PDFs. Years later, I realized there were a lot of spelling mistakes and errors in them, and wanted to re-publish. Since the books had photos, I couldn't simply convert to a doc. Most PDF tools online didn't work, or put on watermarks. PDFFiller allowed me to edit the text in the PDFs, to correct the spelling mistakes, and merge the documents into one cohesive PDF again. I was able to republish an edited book without the original documents, thanks to PDFFiller. The one thing I missed that could make this a fantastic tool- the original book was 8.5x11. I wanted to republish at 6x9. I ended up having to resize it through a different tool, which simply shrunk everything instead of being able to directly resize the content. Due to that, the book appears much smaller on the pages than it should, and I've received some complaints that it's harder to read. If PDFFiller had a viable PDF resize tool that worked to resize the content versus simply shrinking the document, it would be a stellar addition to the repertoire.

Step 1: Place ice cubes in a plastic bag. Step 2: Run a washcloth under cold water and then wrap it around the plastic bag of ice. Step 3: Place the homemade compress on your skin for up to 20 minutes. Step 4: Dry the area with a towel after you're done. Reapply: For swelling, reapply the compress after two hours.
Leaving ice on an injury for too long can cause more harm than good. Because ice constricts the blood vessels, it can reduce the blood flow to the injured area and slow the healing process. Ice should not be needed after the first 24 hours unless your doctor recommends it to reduce active swelling or to relieve pain.
If you ice longer than 20 minutes at a time, it will restrict oxygen flow to the injured tissues and slow the healing process. If you leave ice on too long you actually encourage inflammation, so be sure to remove it after 20 minutes.
Applying the Pack for Too Long: As an ice pack can disrupt the flow of blood if applied directly to the skin, it can also do damage to protected skin if left on for too long, like while you're sleeping. With this in mind, be sure to lift the affected body part above the level of your heart, and then apply the ice pack.
A general rule of thumb is to ice an injury over a period of 24 to 72 hours. Apply cold packs for periods of up to 20 minutes every two to four hours. When your skin starts to feel numb, it's time to give your body a break from a cold pack.
Skin blisters. Very severe frost bite may cause gangrene (blackened, dead tissue) and damage to the deep structures such as muscles and nerves.

We treat everything from arthritis to pulled muscles to inflammation with ice packs or heating pads. As a general rule of thumb, use ice for acute injuries or pain, along with inflammation and swelling. Use heat for muscle pain or stiffness.
