I really enjoy PDF filler and the multiple optiond that it allows. However I think that it would probably beat out "docusign" if the monthly payment was a bit more economical such as9.99. However, for the most part it is a pretty decent service.

Was able to use site, but site is not mobile-friendly
I tried using this site on my mobile phone and would recommend only using a PC; the site is not mobile friendly. Otherwise after some effort I was able to upload, electronically sign, and send a PDF document.

How do I know if my lease is embedded?
As a general rule, an embedded lease exists if there is an explicit or implicit identified asset in the contract and the customer controls use of the asset.
