I signed up for a year. Now simple edit tool to use erase etc expects me to pay more and doesn't allow those tools. That, IMO is a bit too unfriendly. Allowing me to use for some time and then asking to pay for extended period of time would make sense to me as I would see a value in buying these additional editing tools/

This product worked beautifully! I would continue an ongoing subscription but only needed for some back tax forms. Very nice product. I especially liked that I could save it in Word to continue working on it after the subscription ended. Thank you.

I love this engine because I can graduate the size of letters, be able to type anywhere on the pages and save every minute all forms in secure.

No hassle customer service
I accidentally ordered this product, but I have no need of it. I requested a refund and received it immediately with courtesy and absolutely no hassle. If the product is as good as the customer service, you will have a good experience here.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. I liked the idea that I can modify a document with ease, but the yearly rate for educators is too much. I probably would have continued if I was given a reasonable monthly option. I do have a few subscriptions that I keep on a monthly option. So, keep that on mind when you are working with teachers.
