Simply put, PDFFILLER has made my life a whole lot 'simpler'. I am no longer buried up to my eyeballs in paperwork (just up to my knees now! ha!) Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. I had a difficult time with it and it took a long time just to fill out passport forms for my wife and I. I just could not get the hang for it, but someone smarter than me and maybe younger, I am 72, will do much better with PDF filler.

Customer service is A1!
Wow! Customer service is A1!I needed to fill out some forms for an outfit, a one-time thing, and signed up for the trial month.Later in the month I tried to cancel the trial period before my credit card was charged the $20, but I forgot which email account I'd used to sign up, so I was unable to log in to my PDFfiller account.Today, when I received the email saying my credit card was charged the $20, I was able to contact PDFfiller since I now knew which account I'd used. I contacted them via "Contact Support" in their website and explained my situation. OMG! When it said I should receive an email in 20 minutes or less, I was thinking, "Yeah, right!" but it was literally only minutes before I received an email saying they would be glad to cancel the subscription and refund my money.If I ever need this type of service on a more regular basis, I will definitely be signing up with this company!

The support team are the BEST!I didn’t understand that I was signing up a yearly subscription. I wanted to use the pdf only once. I notice in my account they charge me for a yearly subscription. I contacted the support group, explained my problem within minutes they solved my problem and refund my money.Thanks again for a Great job!!

Life saver !
My experience with this PDFfiller has been amazing to say the least !
This software is a life saver in so many ways! When making any kind of document or adjusting a word, date or time on a document this allows me to fix all my mistakes !
This softwares has no flaws in my opinion it's very self explanatory and has given me absolutely no issues this far.

needed a PDF filler software easy to use
easy to fill out lots of PDF forms without hassle
Easy to use. Can save forms for future use. Does not require any extra learning. Intuitive format makes easy for anyone to use.
Cost was a bit much, but decided the year membership was the best savings deal.
Have used it multiple times already in the first few months so I am glad I did not do a month to month membership.

Well, I tell you the truth. I am not an easier learning with software and subscriptions. I have a few such as fileinvite taxdome... but this PDFfiller with the customer service I have received from Dee just not, along with the two other I spoke with has been outstanding. Dee took the time I needed and is very well knowledgeable about how to navigate this system. I am super glad i was helped by Dee... Even though I am a slow learner, and I might need to chat in the future, I appreciate the time and walk through I was provided, I have not hard this customer service before.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
