For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Package quantity is the number of complete units included (in this case 1 bundle = 1 unit). Package quantity is used more for multi-packs, like a single unit (package quantity 1) or a case of 12 (package quantity 12), etc.
Item Package Quantity (IQ) shows customers the number of units in the item being offered for sale. To minimize detail page errors and customer confusion, it is important to always include the IQ for your products that could be sold either in a set or as single units.
No, you can't change the quantity in the listing, thank goodness, or rather thank Amazon! You'll have to make a new listing for the new package quantity. Also, you can only do that if the manufacturer sells it that way.
Case Qty. DSD or JIT: case quantity is the minimum number of selling products per case picked for a store per item number (e.g. one selling product, three selling products).
Click the “Inventory” tab followed by “Manage Inventory.” Select “Active” under “My Inventory” on the left side of the screen. Enter the new quantity of the item in the “Quantity” column next to the item whose quantity you want to change. Click “Save” to save your changes.
Pack Quantity is the quantity in one pack. Standard packing is how many packs the item can be ordered at minimum. For example, if the item has 48 units in one case, and the minimum order number is 1 case, the pack quantity should be 48 and standard packing should be 1.
In the Administration panel, go to Products Products. Click on the name of the product you'd like to edit. Enter the desired number in the Minimum order quantity input field under the Pricing/Inventory section. Click the Save button.
