I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. This is an excellent tool to use to complete paperwork to save and email or fax back on the fly. You can print afterward, or as soon as you complete your paperwork. Saves so much time, and paper, as you don't have to print.complete.scan and then send.

i thought it was a free program but I needed to pay for it when I tried to print the document, it required payment. I did so, but then complained to the company and they fully refunded my money

Hard to get used to, and probably a lot of features we are not taking advantage of for lack of know-how, but very reliable and handy. We mostly use it to send for signature.

I am always needing to combine multiple PDF files into one, and then do some filling and signing. PDF Filler has sped that process up.

PDFfiller for contracts
I use pdf filler for anything between signing contracts and making NDAs. It's easily recognizable and has a good reputation.
The verified process and the ease of use.
It can get too expensive at times if you aren't getting discounts or special offers.

I received pdf's from an online class that the asked me to print out, complete, scan back. I just did not want to print mostly but the entire process ... you know. pdfFiller helped out a lot, especially with the symbols (might want to add music notes).

I used the trial to fill out an application, but had no reason to subscribe further. The software is easy to use and very useful. I attempted to cancel auto-renewal but i got an email saying I was charged for a year subscription. After contacting customer service, the charge was cancelled within 5 minutes. I was impressed with how quickly and thoroughly they responded to my issues!
