This is a very good program but the monthly fee is high. It would be well worth the cost if you were filling out hundreds of pdfs each month, but for one or two forms, it's hard to justify the expense.

Being able to use pdffiller has been a lifesaver in so many ways: neatness, conversion of files, time saver, etc. I am a high school English teacher, and I also raise miniature Australian shepherds and quarter horses; with pdffiller, filling out forms online and being able to save them and/or fax them has saved me time, given a more professional look to my papers, and actually improved my productivity in different areas of my work.

Need to have more option to edit a document, like Microsoft Word.
When editing a document, there needs to be page breaks added. it appears as one long document until you go to turn it into a PDF where it is then broken into pages. It is impossible to get the spacing right since you have to go back and forth with the document.

It was good. Hard to edit one document due to not being able to insert words. It was a lot easier & more convenient than finding a typewriter or printing the form having to use white out for goofs.

Had a problem with being unable to save a document. However Sam
on the chat line was very helpful (although we could not recover it) and suggested changing the input from javascript to 'flash'. I have now managed to save it.

Great customer service support
Great customer service support. They have always been responsive on a timely manner when I need help. I use them to submit 1099 forms to the IRS. They even developed a 'fix' to their form so that I could submit a form for an employee that lives out of the country.

While Pdr Filer is a great tool. Customers should be given some type of training before they use the program. There are many features that are not being utilized because I don't how to they work or that they exist.

Does Lookup work with text?
Yes. LOOKUP can search for textual values just as well as it can search for numbers. The example above would search for the product names, which are text rather than numbers.
Does Lookup work with numbers?
INDEX and MATCH can be used to look up values in any column. Unlike Lookup which you can only look up to a value in the first column in a tableINDEX and MATCH will work if your lookup value is in the first column, the last, or anywhere in between.
