Easy and intuitive to use - could fill out forms right away with little effort. Signature capture using the laptop camera did not work - the signature ink lines not clear after cleaning up the image. I scanned my signature at 300dpi using a scanner, and saved that image.

It's pretty good, but I feel like it could be made better. I have to constantly click instead of just being able to tab to next area. Maybe I am overestimating coders and their abilities =P but thats my only issue.

Honestly this service was awesome the only issue I had was that it wasn't up front about the payment. I didn't realize it was a paid service until the end when I had finished editing everything and that really annoyed me. But other than that the features are simply incredible. Definitely would recommend

It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! User Friendly
Super easy to use. I needed to send a document to a customer for them to sign. I didn't need to take time for them to come to the office and they could continue with their busy day with only a 1 minute interruption.

Why does excel change dates when I copy and paste?
When you copy data between two workbooks that use different systems, you'll run into shifting dates. The easiest way to adjust the dates is to use the Paste Special option to add or subtract 1,462 to each date: Add 1,462 to shift dates up four years and one day.
