Long-tap a word to select it on a web page. Drag the set of bounding handles to include the amount of text you want to copy. When you've highlighted your desired text, tap on the copy icon on the toolbar at the top of the screen: Tap on the field where you want to paste the text. Tap the paste icon on the toolbar.
You can copy recipients' emails by clicking on the recipient drop down button when viewing emails in draft folder (i.e. before you start editing an email) and then long press on an email address to copy it.
Press the “Ctrl” and “C” keys simultaneously to copy the link; if you are using a Mac, press “Command” and “C” instead. Open your Web browser, select the text in your browser's address bar and delete it. Press “Ctrl” and “V” simultaneously to paste the URL you just copied into the address bar.

Solution — unable to Copy/Paste into Gmail — Gmail Help. For people unable to copy/post into Gmail, make sure that in your “compose” window, the “Plain text” option is not selected. Plain text mode does not allow embedding images. Turning it off should correct the problem.
Log into your new Gmail account. Hit the gear icon. Select 'Settings'. Go to the 'Accounts and import' tab. Go to the 'Check mail from other accounts' section. Select 'Add a mail account'. Enter your old Gmail account and hit 'Next'.
