I have just been informed by my college that I can't use this format. After paying for it and working with it for months, they prefer I use a format with expandable boxes for each indicator. This is a user friendly method but my only difficulty as been that the only information I can add to the PDF is what fits in the fixed boxes. This would be a suggestion in the formatting of this PDF.

I found the system complicated for someone not very experienced with computers. I still do not know how to find, on your system, the forms that I have completed. Where are they? How do I save them to my computer? I will keep working to find the answers.

Very limited use so far. Can't figure out how to select another form, either of the same type just completed or a different form without going back to the start page manually. Otherwise so far so good.

Its good, except that it saves the document automatically without allowing a Save as function when printing, so it overwrites the previous file, which is not so good.

Press v to select characters, or uppercase V to select whole lines, or Ctrl-v to select rectangular blocks (use Ctrl-q if Ctrl-v is mapped to paste). Move the cursor to the end of what you want to cut. Press d to cut (or y to copy). Move to where you would like to paste.
Press CTRL + C to copy it, and press CTRL + V to paste it in the window. You can also easily paste text you've copied from another program into the command prompt using the same shortcut.
You can paste text into a Command Prompt window using the same menu, except to paste, select Edit, Paste. To paste to a Command Prompt window, however, the program running in the window has to be expecting input. Tip: The keyboard shortcut for Paste is worth memorizing: Alt+space, E, P.
Paste command is one of the useful commands in Unix or Linux operating system. It is used to join files horizontally (parallel merging) by outputting lines consisting of lines from each file specified, separated by tab as delimiter, to the standard output.
backspace and cursor keys wrap to previous/next line. CTRL-X and SHIFT-Del are Cut. CTRL-C and CTRL-Insert are Copy. CTRL-V and SHIFT-Insert are Paste. Use CTRL-Q to do what CTRL-V used to do. Use CTRL-S for saving, also in Insert mode. CTRL-Z is Undone; not in Cline though.
If you want to copy and paste contents from an external program into vim, first copy your text into system clipboard via Ctrl + C, then in vim editor insert mode, click the mouse middle button (usually the wheel) or press Ctrl + Shift + V to paste.
Ctrl+Shift+C and Ctrl+Shift+V If you highlight text in the terminal window with your mouse and hit Ctrl+Shift+C you'll copy that text into a clipboard buffer. You can use Ctrl+Shift+V to paste the copied text into the same terminal window, or into another terminal window.
Put your cursor on the top line. Use shift+v to enter visual mode. Press 2j or press j two times to go down two lines. (Or use v2j in one swift ninja-move!) Press y to yank or x to cut. Move your cursor and use p to paste after the cursor or P to paste before the cursor.
To copy from Windows and paste into Putty, highlight the text in Windows, press “Ctrl-C,” select the Putty window, and press the right mouse button to paste. To copy from Putty and paste into Windows, highlight the information in Putty and press “Ctrl-V” in the Windows application to paste it.
