Does what it says. The only thing it says it does that I cannot perform on my Macbook is the ability to shift+tab to the next fill-in section after filling in a previous section.

I work in a Legal Department and we review a lot of contracts on a daily basis. Most of the documents came in on PDF format, so using PDF filler to convert the file to an MS Office is easy.

You probably already know the keyboard shortcut for Paste (Mac: command-v, Windows: CTRL). The shortcut for Paste Without Formatting is easy to remember. Just add the Shift key. (Mac: command-shift-v, Windows: ctrl-shift-v).
The symbol © (the letter C in a circle), or the word “Copyright” or the abbreviation “Copy.”; The year of first publication of the work; and. The name of the owner of copyright in the work.
To paste the text without its original formatting, just enter CTRL + SHIFT + V. That's it. So if your copied text has some bold or italicized words in it, the CTRL + SHIFT + V command will automatically remove all those formatting.
Once you select the destination cell, you should paste into the Formula bar instead of into the cell itself. In other words, select the cell and then click once in the Formula bar. There you can press Ctrl+V to paste the value and then press Enter. The formatting of the cell should not be disturbed in the least.
Now when you copy a cell or range, you can just use Alt+4 (assuming the new button is the fourth in the Quick Access Toolbar) to paste wherever you want and keep the destination formatting. In Excel 2013, use the ordinary Ctrl+V shortcut, then press Ctrl, then press M.
By default, if we click on the cell in Excel and use Control + V to paste, it will keep the source format in the cell. However, if we double-click the cell and see a symbol | flashing in the cell, in this situation, if we use Control + V to paste, it will match the destination format.
In Excel 2016, there is no option to set the default paste behavior to paste values only. We can double-click on a cell and paste, that will paste values only.
Go to File > Options > Advanced. In the Cut, copy, and paste section, select Show Paste Options button when content is pasted. Select OK.
