Aside from the cost associated with its use, I love PDFfiller! It is easier to use than the typewriter function in Adobe Acrobat and I could place text exactly where I needed it. One other recommendation is adding a spell check when finishing up the document. Respectfully, -RPS

What do you like best? PDF Filler helped me when I inherited a bunch of learning material that referenced outdated case studies and I needed to update for class. Because I didn't have Adobe or photoshop, this was a great alternative to help me quickly update the decks. Erase text allowed me to "white out" the outdated information without compromising design quality. What do you dislike? If you are adding text and trying to use text box, it will show a box around what you replace. When using the text feature to replace text, of course, you won't have an exact match unless you know the current document's font and size. Nonetheless, PDF Filler makes it easy to drag, drop and align so that you'd have to really stare at the document to notice the differences between the original text and your replacement text. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Needing to edit PDF's that were previously created, and provided no access to the original version. Better ease of use//less learning curve than Photoshop. Cost-friendly alternative to Adobe.

Paste and match the style of the text where you're pasting: Choose Edit > Paste and Match Style.
Add a new table Do one of the following: Place the table within the text: Click in the text where you want the table to appear. Click. in the toolbar, then select a table or drag one to the page. Do any of the following: Type in a cell: Click the cell, then start typing.
Paste and overwrite existing content: Choose Edit > Copy (from the Edit menu at the top of your screen). Select the top-left cell where you want to paste the data (or select an area of the same dimensions as the cells you're pasting), then choose Edit > Paste.
Apply a table style to an existing table Select any cell in the table. Select Design. In the Table Styles gallery, select the table style you want to apply. Note: To remove a table style, select Design. In the Table Styles gallery, select More, and then select Clear or Clear Table.
If you need to make adjustments, you can Add or delete rows or columns in a table in Word or PowerPoint for Mac or merge cells. When you click in the table, the Table Design and Layout tabs appear. On the Table Design tab, choose different colors, table styles, add or remove borders from the table.
