I found this program very user friendly. I am grateful for being able to do my tax forms and get all the information I need on this site. I would highly recommend it to anyone trying to make since of tax forms.

It was really hard to find certain features like consolodating multiple PDFS into one. I also thought the package I bought came with the signature signing option - and apparently it didn't. 180/year is a lot to NOT have that feature. That's the main reason I chose it over others.

I signed up for the $1 trial but did not want the 1 year subscription -- refunded in two days!
I signed up for the $1 trial but did not use it for whatever reason. I have adobe DCF but used PDF filler one time to check it out or whatever. In any case, one month later I get hit with the $102.10 one year subscription charge I didn't see coming. I call expecting to be on hold for two hours.. but .. no... about a few minutes on hold and they refunded the whole thing.. refund hit in two days. So, I believe they should be applauded for that. I'm sure some people love it and go for the subscription. But it's really nice to know they're actually honest and refund the money if you ask.

I wanted to merge multiple PDFs to make a unique Journal. but BOOK BOLT didn't have that feature, I was disappointed.. Then I was watching a YouTube video and it mentioned this PDF editor.. I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.

Well I'm still learning But the Draw option is AWESOME ,It lets you Sign in Real Time + It's Your Real Signature,Not a Generated one from putting text in a box and using thePC's script font to generate a signature ..
