It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... the only negative thing I could say is that I would like to have the font a different size and I have been unable to fit it correctly in some spaces.

How do I save a PDF as read-only?
Click File and Save As to save the read-only version of your PDF to your computer. Browse to your desired save location and click “Save.”
How do I protect a PDF from copying and printing for free?
Protect PDF from Copying and Editing Go to the “Protect” tab, then click the “Set Password” button. Then select the option of “Permission Password”. Enter your desired password and permissions. Once confirmed, click on “Save” button to apply, and save your PDF file.
Can you restrict a PDF from being printed?
The “Permissions” setting controls restrictions that can be placed on the PDF file. To prevent printing of a PDF file, uncheck the “Allow the document to be printed” option. You must always enter a master password when security options are enabled or when a user password is set.
How do you create a document that Cannot be copied or printed?
Click File > Info > Protect Document and select Restrict Editing. Your document then displays a Restrict Editing pane on the right-hand side of the document for formatting and editing restrictions.
