We were trying to print a government form. It kept going to buy a package wjhich we already had. Kara was able to one time purchase the supream package so we could print and then she bot us back on the basic plan. She was very helpful. Thank you!!!

Can PDF files be encrypted?
You can also export an Office document to a PDF file and password protect that PDF file. The PDF document will be encrypted with the password you provide. This works in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
How do you encrypt a PDF file?
Open the PDF and choose Tools > Protect > Encrypt > Encrypt with Password. If you receive a prompt, click Yes to change the security. Select Require a Password to Open the Document, then type the password in the corresponding field.
How do I convert encrypted PDF to normal PDF?
First, open the protected document in Preview and provide the password it requires. Click File > Print to open the print dialog. Click the PDF menu button at the bottom of the print dialog and select Save as PDF. Enter a file name and location for your new PDF file when prompted.
