Recently I needed to fill out several forms from my mortgage servicer. They emailed the forms in pdf format and wanted them signed and returned same day. I don't have a scanner available so I googled and found PDFfiller. I was able to get my forms filled out, signed, and sent back in a very short time. PDFfiller is very easy to use. Easy to use, but seems like a lot of steps to go through to get to the documents and to save them to my computer. I have to save it to my computer to print it because printing from the program doesn't get it all printed on the 8.5x11" paper so leaves information off.

For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

clients have a hard time opening documents to sign. they get an error message or just can't open to sign. Sometimes it takes hours for them to receive a document. Clients also have a hard time printing out a form they signed

So far so good. I have only been using it for two days so I'm still new but I think it is going to work well for my needs!
Follow up. A couple of weeks in and we are extremely happy with this subscription service. I work for a school district and have equipment to check out to various teachers in 28 different schools. This has really made my job easier..

I like it....I didn't appreciate the automatic payment/sign up. I would have rather been notified that my trial was ending with the OPTION to renew or not renew rather than automatically being signed up.

Great online resource for signing and completing PDF files
- I can send documents to people for review and signing directly from the website.
- PDFfiller works with our Dropbox account so I can upload files directly from Dropbox.
- The more advanced features of PDFfiller require a monthly subscription, though it isn't expensive considering all of the features that are included (custom branding, signature authentications, etc.).
