Great Value! A Must Have!
PDF Filler is one software that's worth so much more than what I paid for. I work in 3 different industries- Staffing, Construction and Real Estate and this software has become a necessity in everyday document preparation. It saves so much time and money. I really enjoy how user friendly the program is. If I had any complaints, it would be that I have to change the size of the font if I am updating a previous document that I edit.

I signed up for the $1 trial but did not want the 1 year subscription -- refunded in two days!
I signed up for the $1 trial but did not use it for whatever reason. I have adobe DCF but used PDF filler one time to check it out or whatever. In any case, one month later I get hit with the $102.10 one year subscription charge I didn't see coming. I call expecting to be on hold for two hours.. but .. no... about a few minutes on hold and they refunded the whole thing.. refund hit in two days. So, I believe they should be applauded for that. I'm sure some people love it and go for the subscription. But it's really nice to know they're actually honest and refund the money if you ask.

I absolutely love the forms i can find in the library that are so useful to everyday life. It is incredibly easy to navigate fill in the fields and just print.

i was not happy with the Basic Plan being advertised for $8 per month and then subscribing and it suddenly being $20. I looked at some past notes from Sept. 2020 in my computer and it looks like I joined in Sept. 2020 and discovered the pricing being different than advertised, and I canceled then. Today I needed to sign some project documents and rejoined rather than playing around with a free trial of DocuSign that didn't offer what I wanted for variety in signatures etc. Giving PDF Filler a try. Will call CS to hear what their explanation is regarding what you advertise for $8 per month, only to see it is really $20. Evelyn Basile, Chicago
