It's a good and intuitive product. the only technical glitch is that some of the larger text boxes are shifted over to the right by a fraction of an inch and outside the printable area of most printers.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
If a PDF is signed using a digital ID or certificate, it's locked to prevent changes to the document. If you got a signed PDF, you can request the signer to remove the signature and share the PDF or send an unsigned copy of the PDF. If you're the only one signer, you can remove your signature and work on the document.
On the Protect tab, in the Certify Document group, click Certify. On the Certify Profile Wizard, choose the actions you want to permit from the Permitted actions list. Click Next. Select a digital ID to certify with, and choose whether to make the certificate visible. Click Next.

A certificate stores the public key component of a digital ID. For more information about digital IDs, see Digital IDs. When you secure a PDF using a certificate, you specify the recipients and define the file access level for each recipient or group.
An electronic signature, on the other hand, is merely an image of your signature overlaid on top of a PDF document. You can do it with all kinds of apps, and it's what most people will require when they send you a document to sign. Send them a PDF file with a digital signature, and they won't know what to make of it.
