The App is clunky and not easy to use and annoyed that when trying to combine different documents have to upgrade to the next level. So overall good product on laptop, poor app and disappointing capabilities v price.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Editing PDF files can be a major hassle. But here's a simple trick for editing them and all you need is Microsoft Word. While you can't edit a PDF file directly in PDF format in Word, we'll use a workaround that lets you make edits and still have a PDF when you're done.
Word does not actually allow you to “edit” PDF files. To do that you need a program that does “OCR” to extract the text from the static PDF images. What Word does is very limited, IF the PDF has been saved in the right PDF format, the text is stored separately from the images. That text is all that Word can access.
Because of the special nature of PDF files, PDF files actually cannot be edited. You can use online conversion tools to convert to word document format and then edit. When a PDF file permission is protected, then that file is unable to edit. To edit that file you need password or password remover tool.
