This is a good program, but it could be more user friendly. Copying the edited PDF from the online program to my desktop was more difficult than it should have been.That said, I was able to accomplish what I wanted via this program.

Great Product
This software has helped mainly with electronic signature creation but also with overall PDF edits.
The software offers a number of options for editing PDFs and is fairly user-friendly. It has an easy layout.
I do not like the fact that the software can lag when working with slightly larger documents. It can also be time-consuming to learn more advanced features.

What I liked the most of this software is that it is great for filling out paper work online
What I liked the least is not many options to choose from as in where to fill out.

I had an issue with my account and worked with customer service to get it resolved. They responded quickly and were very helpful! This is important to me. I appreciate them very much!

I like everything except when filing in…
I like everything except when filing in the forms the lines do not automatically wrap to the next line. I have to know to stop and manually go to the next line, Maybe that could be fixed. Also, when I tried to share the completed to form via email; nothing was received by the recipient. Only via fax did information get received.

Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! I tried the software and then cancelled…
I tried the software and then cancelled it. For me it was too challenging to use. However they still charged my account for a year up front. I didn't authorize that. I called and requested a refund and they gave one right away, so they said. It was just today I requested a refund so I will check my account in a few days to see if they actually sent it. If you don't see a complaint from me here on Trust Pilot then PDFFiller honored my request. My name is MarioV.
