Click the page 1 thumbnail to go to the cover page. You'll renumber the first page of the document the cover page using lowercase Roman numerals. Click the options' menu button at the top of the Page Thumbnails panel, and choose Number Pages. For Pages, select From and enter from 1 to 1 of 13.
