The document management part is a bit confusing. It can be difficult to work with templates vs documents, and with shared templates or documents.

I'm not sure why Adobe Acrobat Pro… I'm not sure why Adobe Acrobat Pro isn't this easy to use. Adobe Acrobat Pro feels like it was created in a silo by people who don't do editing on a daily basis. I mostly enjoy being able to use this software on my cell phone, and then able to complete PDF's when normally this would not be possible. I love this software, but it is sometimes difficult to use. The features are not as basic as I'd like.
