Not much to dislike but if anything, the step of sending the finished document to the printer could be simplified.

I do not like that the desktop extention frequently has errors, and continues to lag. I also do not like that the fax portion is uncustomizable. What problems are you solving with the product? It also allows us to add pictures to the PDF documents, such as signatures, and or stamps for notary.
