(i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I had trouble with printing but being the stubborn person I am, I did not request help. I did manage to print after a while. When I did complain, they listened and made a correction on the bill. I'm quite happy with the program now.

Great for making a pdf fillable planner
I've tried Adobe & SODA pdf & both were a nightmare:/
From ctrl not being able to multi-selesct, text boxes not duplicating with a new names (meaning I would have to re-name or re-make 10000 boxes manually...)

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

A very easy to use program, though you are forced to sign up for free trial if you want to print any documents.It did what I required, so cant complain. Just would prefer it to notify of unable to print unless joined up for 30 day trial before I spent 4 hours working on translation document.
