It has made work much easier. In the legal field we deal with a ridiculous amount of documents. Many IRS and government forms require some PDF filler, Adobe Acrobat does not do the job PDF filler can. To be able to access my docs from anywhere is amazing. It works. Easy to use platform. I've subscribed for several years and they continue to make improvements. I tried docusign and this was just as good.

I don't like that it won't link up with business accounts on OneDrive so I can't store my files on OneDrive. Really would be nice to have them fix that! Also for some weird reason, the system only can connect with personal accounts. Sometimes, it's not easy to find my documents. Finally, the plug-in for Chrome doesn't always work well. Usually, it's just better to go into the app itself.

Fantastic customer service
For some reason I needed this and only once. I got the free trial and then forgot all about it until $115.00 was collected from my account, shock horror. All I can say is you have fantastic customer service, I explained my situation and a refund was issued that same day. Both friendly and speedy. Ace by name and by character, much appreciated. 1 star deducted as I would have liked a reminder email when the free trial was coming to an end.

Kara was spectacular
Kara was spectacular! I was having trouble merging 35 small PDFs into a single larger document. She walked me through all the steps, and I told her what I had done and where I had run into problems. When she could not find a solution for me that way, she offered to merge all the documents for me!!! I have been working on this family project for the last 12 months and this was the final step before I could get the finished document out to everyone. Now I can do that and put this phase of the project behind me! I salute you Kara!!!
